It’s been a busy few months here at InspireMedia. So busy, that we didn’t even have time to blog! So, over the next few weeks, we’ll be posting some of the new websites we’ve rolled out with as well as some very useful news and information on marketing.

First up, Well Organized Weddings…

Melissa with Well Organized Weddings came to us with a need to create a new and unique image that would work well with showcasing their company to prospective brides. In addition, they needed an overall marketing strategy that would incorporate multiple marketing channels to promote their company.

Our approach was a comprehensive solution that included the creation of custom branding that gave her a unique look that stood out from the rest. We teamed up with Jay Bilunas from Angry Ape Creative on the branding and he did a great job capturing the look Melissa was in need of.

Next, we created a website powered by the WordPress content management system. The new website featured a custom design that matched her branding,  custom contact forms, a blog, custom featured images, shortcodes and much more.

Juliana G. Robertson & Associates is a legal firm located in Indianapolis that specializes in collections and collection judgments for their clients. They came to us with a need to have a website that would allow them to market their services, but also allow for online payments through their merchant.

The solution we worked up included building the site on top of a content management system that would allow a staff member in the firm to make regular updates to the website as necessary. In addition, the site features an image slider on the home page and detailed information for online payments including the integration of their current merchant provider to handle online payments.

The Podium Group is an organization that provides professional speakers to groups looking for everything from educational speakers to keynote speakers. They were in need of a website that would allow them to showcase the bios and topics of all their speakers and allow for interested groups to contact the organization to schedule a speaker for their event.

Our solution included building their website on top of the content management system that the organization was already using. We presented several design options and built their new site using the design of their choosing. Notable features of the site include a vertical image transition component built into the design, a custom speaker bio page that allows for a visitor to choose a speaker by selecting a topic, contact forms, and collapsible speaker bios that provide a degree of interactivity to the site.

CarmelWestfieldHomes.com is a website managed by Anna Stout, a real estate agent with F.C. Tucker Company. She contacted InspireMedia because she wanted us to do some minor design adjustments to her site. She had used a standard WordPress template and had a graphic email signature that she wanted the site to match. In addition, she wanted our help to identify items on  her home page that she could add that would increase the attractiveness and usefulness of her website.

Our solution included a graphic mockup of a design alteration that matched the email signature that she was using. In addition, we integrated an image slider on the home page that showcased images of Westfield and Carmel.

Casa de Transformacion is a church located on the northwest side of Indianapolis. They contacted InspireMedia because they needed a new website that was professionally done.

They wanted their site to  mirror that of another one in their ministry and they needed professional help in order to make it happen.  Our solution included creating the site on top of a content management system and integrating several pieces of functionality that they needed to manage their church online. Included in the site were a custom home page image slider, a custom signup form for their email marketing, an event manager, a content translator (that translates the content into various other international languages), and custom forms for prayer requests and testimony submissions.

Carmel Travel Company is a full service travel agency based in Carmel, Indiana. They provide a wide array of travel solutions for their clients. They contacted us with a need to revamp their online image in order to better convert visitors to their website.  They needed something clean and attractive that also showcased their agents and some of their destinations.

Our solution for Carmel Travel Company included creating a site on top of a content management system that would allow them to maintain the content, but create unique relevant content through a blog. We presented several design options for them to choose from and built the site with their content. The site features a blog, an image slider on the main page, multiple custom contact forms, integration with Twitter and Facebook and destination resources.

Rivetz is the creator of fun and unique shoe charms that are the creative genius of 3 young aspiring entrepreneurs who saw a market for fun and unique charms that weren’t specialized to a specific shoe brand. With the creative help of their Dad, they came up with Rivetz.

They came to us with a need to create a flexible website that would allow them to showcase the shoe charms, sell them, and grow their reach through blogging and social media. They wanted it to be fun and appeal to a younger demographic.

The solution we came back with included building the site on top of a content management system that would allow them to maintain the content on their site, but would also give them the ability to add a content-rich blog to their site (which they didn’t have with their previous site). In addition to that, we utilized a shopping cart solution that integrated into the content management system to give them the ability to sell their product online.

We’ve recently launched a complete site revamp for A Fitting Creation. Owner Dianne Frewer contacted us because she was in need of some creative direction on a renewed look for her site. She felt that her previous website wasn’t generating enough leads for her business and she wanted something that had a more modern look.

The solution we presented to A Fitting Creation included building their site on top of a content management system that allowed them to not only maintain the content of their website pages moving forward, but also to start blogging (which is something that Dianne had not previously been doing). We also integrated a modern design that gave her full screen image galleries, a content rotator on the home page that helps her to focus on certain aspects of her site and contact forms to help in visitor conversion.

We’ve recently launched a complete website revamp for the local music entertainment company Sound Spectrum Entertainment. Owner, Jerry Cooper came to us with a need to completely revamp their image. He had been managing their website himself for many years and came to a point where he needed to change the image to grow the business.

The solution we presented to Sound Spectrum Entertainment included building an entirely new site on top of a content management system that would not only allow them to make regular updates to the content, but also allowed them to start blogging about recent events and trends in the wedding and event entertainment industry. We sought out a look that would be eye catching and engaging and that would ultimately lead visitors into their website and convert into customers. The transformation was incredible. Not only did we modernize their website image, but we’ve given them a foothold to grow their business.

Domain Custom Homes, is also a division of Pittman Partners. They came to us for a need to develop 3 websites for 3 of their ancillary companies. They were looking for something clean and professional that would help them present their past experience and convert online customers.

For this project, we continued our work with Pure, a design and branding company that was working with Pittman Partners. They created the overall custom look of the site and we provided all of the programming necessary. The site was built on top of a content management system, allowing for the client to be able to make updates as necessary. It features a jQuery content slideshow and photo gallery, a custom blog layout, Cufon fonts and custom contact forms.
